It is often a hypnotist's track record with stop smoking that
is the measure of their success. In the early years working with
smokers I was intrigued why some people quit so effortlessly using
suggestion hypno-therapy and quite frankly why others just didn't.
I knew the process worked and was determined to find out why it
didn't seem to with some of my clients. So I set about finding
out what makes this work , and how to improve
its effectiveness.
Over the past few years I have tirelessly studied with the best
in the world in smoking cessation (some who are analysts
and explain the effectiveness of this treatment from the perspective
of psychological triggers, motivation and conditioning; others
whose sole business is ‘stop smoking' and understand the importance
of emotion in changing engrained habits, and all other theories
in between) and have taken the time to hone my skill as one
of Ireland's top stop smoking hypnotherapists.

In the single session 1 hour session I will explain:
- how
you are NOT addicted to nicotine and
how to overcome your ERRONEOUS BELIEF that you are addicted
to it.
- Did you know that most NRT gums and patches contain
21 – 22 times more nicotine than what
you would find in a packet of cigarettes? Furthermore the nicotine
in gums and patches is more readily absorbed into your bloodstream
than from smoking. So if smoking was a ‘chemical addiction' why
would it be that most smokers will tell you that they still want
a cigarette while using the patches (even though they are getting more of
the drug than what they would have been used to).
- Equally, most
smokers will say that when they stop using the patches and
go back smoking, that they smoke the same amount as they did before using
the patches. So even though they had got used to a higher dose
of the chemical they are satisfied with far smaller amounts
once they are back on the cigarettes. When did you ever hear
of a drug addict who got used to higher doses of a drug, settling
for a smaller dose again?
- why smoking is THE BEST habit in
the world to have (no joke!).
- that motivation to stop smoking is directly related
to the incentive (or benefit) you are going to get out of quitting
and why this is the major reason most smokers fail to stop by
themselves.
- how you currently use your mind and imagination to keep
yourself smoking , and how you can utilize your mind
it stay a non-smoker.
- why your firm belief at the end of the
session that you ARE now a non-smoker is
so critical to your success (‘ex-smokers' always go back smoking, ‘non-smokers'
never smoke or think about smoking at all)
Once you are clear about all of that you are then ready and prepared
to receive the powerful, motivating and change
making hypnotic suggestions to make
you a successful non-smoker and keep you a
successful non-smoker for the rest of your life!
With this method of helping you to quit you will not have
the side effects commonly experienced by smokers who
try to quit before. You will not be irritable, put
on weight, be drowsy, anxious etc. Because you will be properly
motivated and committed to stopping, and you will have come to

than 600 studies totalling nearly 72,000 people.

This treatment removes the Need AND the Desire To Smoke. You
won't need nicotine gum or patches. No inhalers or nasal sprays.
No needles or lasers. All you have to do to stop smoking when you
visit my clinic is 1) want to stop yourself for yourself (as
opposed to being told you have to stop by somebody else)
and 2) be open minded and engage fully in your session – that's
it!
It Works Even With Smokers who have been smoking for decades.
It doesn't matter if you've smoked for 2 weeks or 40 years, 2
cigarettes a day or forty a day, your smoking habit can be eliminated

each cigarette can be found a cocktail of 4000 chemicals. Some
of the headline chemicals are:
- Ammonia – found in toilet cleaners
- Acetone – found in nail

- Napthtalene – found in moth balls
- Carbon Monoxide – a poisonous
gas
- Tar – a sticky chemical (what cigarettes mostly deposits
in lungs)
- Nicotine – believed to be a fast-acting and addictive
drug.
